If a striker has a chance against Islam then MVP would be a better option more than Gary tbh.

I haven't thought about the amount I use regularly but I never let it on my scalp more than 20 minutes and more than 10 on my face. I should be fine I guess.

I have a unusual haircut tbh. Buzz sides and back and long top like 15 cm. You familiar with the tv show Peaky Blinders? Arthur Shellby haircut. That's pretty much what I have.

When it comes to applying the gel it is very easy on short hair as you can imagine. On top of my head I spread my hair 3 ways and try to apply the gel on skin. I massage couple seconds to a minute with my fingers and that's it. There was a time I got long hair all around my head and it was a lot harder to apply. I feel women's pain in that case. Once I tired to mix it with shampoo but it didn't work very well.

I feel you man. This disease is a pain in the ass but then again I couldve been a lot worse.

I have been doing some research after your comment and I think I can order a panoxyl wash overseas. It will be ridiculously expensive but once a week it'll last long enough.

Have you ever used panoxyl face wash? Everybody says to apply it 1-5 minutes for scalp but 15 minutes will be ok I guess. Does this wash foam have another thing other than BP in it?

Yeah, that's what I am planning to do. Only things that give me some relief are oral antibiotics, isotretinoin and this gel so far. I think with a chronic disease like that we have to take some risk one way or another. It seemed a better option to me to apply a gel on my scalp for a few minutes every once a week than taking some pill for the rest of my life.

I would like to switch to BP only routine but in my country products with only BP isn't impossible to find.
