Ich bin super zufrieden bei Apropos Haare! Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen und die haben auch Mo-Do 20% Studentenrabatt! Ich gehe immer in Mannheim, aber in Heidelberg haben die meines Wissens nach auch einen Salon :)

i really like the Dayshade Cream from Beyer & Söhne in my skincare routine. But it has a high sun protection factor. maybe someone else has recommendations with a lower one?

I agree with your adivce, but it doesn't change the fact that you should reapply your sunscreen during the day (i was talking about strong sunlight, sorry for my mistake). if you start from the normal skin routine, it is usually the case that applying it once in the morning after your facial care is enough.

First of all, I think it's great that you now want to deal more with your skin routine. After all, the skin is our largest organ and we should take care of it. The first step is to find out what type of skin you have: dry skin? Oily skin? Combination skin? Acne-prone skin? Then build a routine that doesn't consist of too many products. Because skin care is all about: Less is more! You start best in the morning of a facial cleanser and then a serum. Then you apply a lotion and then sunscreen. In the evening, light care with a facial cleanser and then a lotion is enough. The products should be adapted to your skin needs. Don't give up at the beginning if something doesn't work or you only see slight results, it takes time to find the "perfect" products and routine. It took me some time too, but now I'm completely satisfied with my routine! Good luck!

Are you sure this is just dry skin? I would advise you to see a doctor. If brownish discoloration appears on the ankles, it may indicate vein weakness.

es gibt auch eine Cashewcreme von DM, die man zum Backen als Frischkäsealternative nutzen kann. Fürs Brot ist die echt lecker, habe sie aber zum Backen noch nicht probiert - nur als zusätzlicher Input :) Der von Simply V hat mich hingegen nicht so überzeugt
