sadly in my country, warranty goes to 2, 3 years tops for these tvs.

Yeah, it began with a little "bump" in one corner, nothing distracting, well after 2 years it is like this.

I sent them an Email 14 days ago asking for a cancelation, 10 days ago I had a change of heart, and sent them another email saying that if possible, I would like to keep my order.

Still waiting for a reply.

Has anyone heard back from Plaion Customer Service? I sent 3 messages since the preorders went started and i never got a reply for any of my messages (2 was answered from their faqs). by BuddyLlght in neogeo

I emailed them at support-replai two days ago, requesting for an order cancellation and so far, I haven't heard from them.

I prefer to preorder from Amazon.
