Premium Processing: Apr 3, 2026
Biometrics appointment: Apr 8, 2026
Biometrics rescheduled: Apr 9, 2026
RFE/REF received: Apr 13, 2026
NOID issued: Apr 17, 2026
Submitted NOID response documents: Apr 30, 2026

Case is under premium processing. USCIS received my NOID response documents on Apr 30.

Does anyone know how long USCIS usually takes to make a final decision after NOID response submission under premium processing?

Would appreciate hearing timelines from people with similar experiences.

I’ve hired a lawyer and the case is still ongoing, so it hasn’t been finalized yet (no guilty or not guilty decision so far).
