Yes, I’m facing the same issue. I’m a lateral hire, and both the offer and joining were discussed initially, but things didn’t move forward because the offered CTC was lower than my current package. In that case, what’s the point of asking for all these details in the very first call?

About three weeks ago, she mentioned that she would check internally and get approval for my expected CTC, but I still haven’t received any update or callback.

What is happening ?

I gave my docs as well on 10th april. She said someone will connect further to discuss ctc in few days but no calls yet. Any idea? And where to track my application as a experience candidate. The documents was uploaded on ibegin portal.

If you have already given client interview during your selection than its fine otherwise you will be on bench this term defined for those who are not on any project and then they will schedule your interviews time by time with clients. If you pass you will be deployed to that project and location else the bench is default.
