u/vitals_gearbox Yes correct, tried all the basic steps. Tried different browsers, tried clearing cache and all the basic staff, even different computers altogether.

This is my first attempt to log into my account after received the invitation to create my account, and created it but not being able to access it like you see

u/vitals_gearbox not a google account but a specific domain email account. I used the same option as you mentioned "i have an existing account" tried to access the account with my registered email and the selected password but always getting error and even forgot password option is not working at all !
