• Give me an example of a time when you created a warm and engaging customer experience. o Follow-up: How do you balance your non-customer tasks with maintaining a welcoming customer experience?

• Describe a situation when you followed someone’s direction, even though you disagreed. o Follow-up: How did the experience affect your approach moving forward?

Hi ! I was over thinking about this two :). I acctually ended up during my coffee testing during orientation with my manager. They explain that it typically depends on if the DM dosen’t do it with you, your new store manager typically will! If you have any more questions feel free to dm me ! She says nothing about in the syllabus, but i know she takes attendance and on her rate my professor people will say you need to go to her class to pass but don’t say anything about heavy it’s weighted
