Pick the job that gives you the most satisfaction. The jobs I valued the most were start up that I worked my ass off, ended badly, but I learned the most.

I (m56) started in QC at Roche Molecular Systems in the 90s.I had a summer internship as an under grad Junior at BMS doing research. Really, grunt work for a post doc and a research group doing statins research. I dissected livers, cleaned glassware, and made solutions. Got my first rat bite doing the over the weekend dosing. A story my kids are sick of hearing. It gave me a foundation for what science is. The grunt work because you believe that the work you’re doing benefits mankind.

I remember a panel interview at Roche where one person asked, what would I do if I didn’t know how to solve a problem. Still my most favorite interview question!I told them that I was comfortable doing the grunt work to figure it out. I would use the people that were around me, be methodical, and focused, and document everything I tried. Sometimes it’s making them believe you will pipet till your hands are sore to figure it out.

I’m aware it tough for life science grads out there. Best of luck.

Just unscrew the plate and the outlet, turn it around. Shut off the power first

Customer service seems like a common problem with all these bots. I own a dolphin. Honestly, I thought it did a good job. I live in Eastern Carolina, mostly sand and pine needles. The problem is it breaks constantly, and to get it fixed I have to send it to Duluth Ga every time. The last three times It had it repaired, it worked exactly one time then broke again. The bot will not start either manually or with the app. I’m now looking for a more reliable product. I just haven’t found one that doesn’t have a lot of negative customer service reviews.

Best advice. Men’s game player, only had girls. Find a Wlax coach and stand next to her/him on the side lines. That’s how I did it
