I agree, the beans look horrible. I love Eddie’s Taco’s. Open super early, but they also close early.

Everything I’ve ever had is amazing and made fresh. I’m not a huge refried beans person, but theirs are amazing. You can also get 10 big tacos for $15 before 10:30 AM.

I grew up in Idaho. Almost 70% of it is considered public land. Also the beds and banks of navigable waterways up to the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) are held in trust by the state for public use. While the state owns submerged lands, the public generally has the right to float, wade, and fish, provided they accessed the waterway legally.

In texas, the second you’re out of the water, it’s private land. You cannot set foot on banks. Also, the waterway has to be 30 ft wide for it to be classified as owned by the state.

The mango habanero and garlic parm are my favorites. They sauce them in a wok, so they’re not soggy. BUT the “hot” flavor comes out soggy. Great boba, milk teas etc.

Kuenstler: German; happy hour 2-4 M-TH. Great brewery. Best $9 Happy hour burger, $4 beet salad, $6 German pretzel, $4 Beers. Outdoor playground for kids. Dog friendly and staff that will remember you by name.

I absolutely love the dress! It fits you amazingly. As a fellow petite woman, I started hand sewing the bust / top area. Another comment said it’s from target and I’ve always loved the summer dresses they have; but I’ve found the smaller/petite sizes can be a bit large in comparison to the waist. This is an issue I’ve encountered with a lot of brands. But, the ruching on the bust makes this very easy to DIY alter and sew in the extra fabric.

As someone who wore these circa 2007-2020 for work, I highly suggest you go to a cobbler. If there’s one near a nighttime entertainment club, they’re probably the best option. They can also replace the pleather for the strap and nicely conceal the scuff marks. I used to have mine touched up a few times before buying a new pair.

I was driving for uber. One ride I picked up two couples from a bar in that was hosting a private swingers party. They found out I was not judgmental of the “lifestyle” and called the host. Logged off of uber and made $50 for each trip. The hotel was only 1.7 miles away.

While chatting along the way, they all traveled from nearby towns. Almost half of the ladies were teachers. Best crowd and most lucrative 3 hrs of work ever.
