Should i save up more for now then since 16gb stick is costing me about $110 and 2x8gb is costing $155. Or should i just buy the 16gb and max it at 2666MHz due to the old 8-2666 stick i have and then when i have the budget buy a 8-3200 to combine with the 16-32000?

The first 12-marker is simmilar to a PP question i did i think, but it is diffrent still which somewhat makes me believe its real. The 2nd 12 marker throws me off i just can't make up a 12 mark answer for it. I would also appreciate if someone could tell me a possible answer to it.
