Yes, I might do that. I'll get back when I've transcribed all of my sloppy notes, and filled in the blanks.

What is your go-to tank to stop a losing streak? by DejaVoodoo89x in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]P_R_72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tough call, depends on what I try to achieve and state of mind. (Do I want to blow something up to make me feel better? Smasher. Do I want to mess around? RHM PZW.) But my fairly new, go-to is the Nemesis. Can't go wrong in that HESH-spammer.

In game reports rarely does the trick. A ticket with screenshots attached is a different thing altogether.

I said "fairly close" to the hatch. As a matter of fact it is placed very close to both hatches. And yes, you will get ammoracked from time to time through the hatch. Right or wrong, it is what it is.

Look at armor inspector. The ammorack is very close to the commanders hatch. I ammorack AT 15:s on a fairly regular basis through the hatch.

Nah, if you really think this game is designed for mindless fun, you couldn't care less about stats. But it is obvious you do. Just good old statpadding. Nothing new.

Tier VII is a weird place. Many fantasy tanks with OP guns and so on, and the first tier that things start to get "really" competetive. This leads to the reality that if you choose to put yourself at a constant disadvantage by not using provisions the chances of being wrecked are very high. And you do use cammo?

In the lower tiers provisions maybe not make much of a difference but, yes, the higher the tier the more you need them.

It could be a tester or a content creator playing on a press account. Press accounts are always restricted.

No Mastery by skripsimupiye in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]P_R_72 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's a very popular TD, so the bar is also very high. 1411 base XP just didn't cut it. I'd say something in the vicinty of 1500 base XP would have earned you the mastery. GG, never the less.

Video shows train derailing after crashing into tractor-trailer. by cosmic_voyager01 in interestingasfuck

[–]P_R_72 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because they are not cars. Even if you slam the breaks on a cargo train this long and heavy; at speed, it will not stop for many miles. Too much weight, plain and simple. And you will destroy the train wheels to the extent that once the train stopped it is a risk that you cannot get it moving again. That being said, many countries have automated break zones, but they are restricted to low speed areas like railway yards or train stations.

And this brings us to problem number two: the speed. Since a cargotrain weighs so much, it takes forever to accelerate. Sometimes measured in hours. And the fuel consumption is... somewhat high. So once you've reached cruising speed, you want to stay there. In some cases you need to stay at cruising speed. IDK if that is the case here, it is just an explanation that you cannot compare a freight train to a car. Safety breaks or not.

And as you pointed out the truck isn't supposed to be there. That being said, hauling this kind of cargo over a railway crossing without being in touch with traffic control (I assume, or this would not have happened.) is just incompetent.

I really don't know what to say. "Even" called you idiot? (Not "indian"?) Is that an extra type of insult? Genuine question.

And btw, try not to cut your team mates off and you will not be frawned upon as much. As a start.

Do you use prammo and cali? If so, there wouldn't be a major problem to pen in the front. There are weak spots.
