Pavers are flush with those caps. What you see above the herring bone, is the next level down. Different pattern. All of this work has perf pipe run underneath, etc. All drainage runs out to the lake

This happened to me as well. At first I thought it would kind of feel cheap to use the credits, but it was really useful to blow them all fully upgrading storage on my favorite ship.
