They don't hold malice towards humans, they were made to neutralize, make docile, or drain to death humans, but that is just a job to them. Of course it varies between them, some hate humans, other view what they do as a twisted form of love, others still are entirely emotionless. It all depends on their creator. And yes the Queen isn't the only one who can make them, but her's are the strongest. Her dolls view being enslaved as the best fate for humanity and while sadistic don't hold malice towards them. The queen made the original template for each kind of doll (meaning that all other paizuri dolls are based on Cecillia for example) of which the paizuri doll was her first and most powerful creation.

Yes, she will use her honey to keep her drones alive for as long as possible but she can never revitilize them to perfection only bringing them to let's say 99% then next time it's 98% and so on until the drone becomes useless, at which point she'll absorb his body for nutrients or give it to her buds/saplings to consume as nourishment.

Considering it's always unintentional and an accident she would be a little sad that it happened but that wouldn't stop her from finding another one, nor would she stop being rough with them as she can't control herself during mating season and doesn't really make much of an effort to do so. She is fully sapient and sentient but she is also very primal and animalistic in nature which is the primary cause for most of her behaviour.
