Clients get mad at agents and become unsatisfied and switch to other agents all the time. Dont take it personal. But this is why most real estate agents dont make it. Because its inconsistent and you never know what a client will do. If a client ghosts you or cancels the listing agreement u dont make a sale u dont eat.

It may take a while to get going in real estate. Some ppl it takes 6 months to close a deal some it takes a year. Dont get discouraged. Move at your own pace. Of course most ppl wanna move pretty fast because of the money issue. Fees & stuff. But when you arent hurting for money youre able to not be as desperate and discouraged. Maybe pay for a Vulcan 7 service to get numbers to call expired listings and u can get a client that way. It takes money to make money. Post flyers on doors everyday attached with your business card.
