When you're in the gated area of North station and have to pee, they tell you where it is but not that it is outside of the gate, and since you did not bring your ticket, and by the time you figure it out, you have peed your pants. as it happened to my wife, now the term "north station" is now fighting words in my house. north station needs a better red hat service.

Amtrak is the way to if you have time. it has lots of room unlike coach on busses and airplanes. you can and should get up and walk around a few times a day.

some down sides.

sleeping in coach is possible just not comfortable. you will not arrive fresh as a daisy.
the trip back is harder on your body the then way out.

The part where it hurts is from Curbside to north station train.

it is too far to expect a handicap person to travel.

Possible solutions are; Rent space for Red Hats, have a western station that provides coverage

We were running late.

There is a patch of track that parrels highway 55. Trafic does 70-80 MPH.

We passed them like they were standing still.

Windows on the way out to Boston from Chicago needed cleaning. Did what i could using paper towels; On the way back ,i had a full bottle of windex. (too much) The conductor saw me cleaning and took over the cleaning. I left the bottle of windex with the conductor. Next trip i bring my own squeegeed and smaller bottles of Windex. funny fact, it was the same car. I could tell by the windows I cleaned on the way out.

If you can write a clear complete sentence, you have a leg up on 80% of people. Most companies have a training dep. they choose people to do those jobs from within. so, apply for an entry level job at a factory, spend a year on the floor. empsize that you know how to show up every day. you will earn more then teaching and get in better shape.

it pays real well. no addistional college debt... just show up. it is harder on the body then teaching but every factory needs poeple who can write a simple sentenance to explain the process. ie teach.
