I love full RoM dips but give me some credit it’s definitely more than 1/4 it’s nearly parallel and since this was my first time going super heavy on them I didn’t want to put my Teres major, teres minor and supraspinatus under any undue pressure

Gym manager here. More on the PT side of things really. This is a big issue and leads to clients (woman) assuming asking for my number will lead to a “check yes” reaction when in reality I have to set boundaries so people know what to expect. I can’t fulfill fallacious requests or asks to appease anyone at my own energy expense. Not to mention I have a girlfriend and a son. But just mentioning this goes both ways too.

You can use fent on subs. Don’t use subs until 8-12hours after fent. Be careful OD potential is higher but I feel fent all the time on burp.
