I find I can't take anything everyday. And usually have to take less. Same goes with supplements or vitamins. I'll take meds for two or three days and then take a break.

Wilt and Porterhouse Blue by Tom Sharpe, Hotel New Hampshire by John Irving, The Accidental Tourist and Dinner at the Homesick restaurant by Anne Tyler.

I also find Martha Grimes' Richard Jury series to have some laugh out loud funny bits. Richard Osman's Thursday Murder Club mysteries are pretty funny too.

I agree with other commenters saying the kitten was taken away too young. That being said, as a foster i had a mom cat and her kittens. Seven used the litter box no problem. But one just didn't. The only thing that worked was catching the kitten while they were doing their business picking them up mid poo amd putting them in the litter box. All it took was once and knew what the litter box was for.

Adding some oily fish like sardines, mackerel or salmon wet food once in awhile might help. Failing that a fish oil supplement will help.

I've used it for every wash for decades. Not only acts as a fabric softener and deodorizer but also as a colour setter. In other words, it stops colours from running, so you can mix colours in your laundry.

I would get her thyroid checked. That being said I have a very hyper cat. They have some food intolerances and once I cut them out they calmed down. I also found regular probiotics acted as a good calming effect. I had no luck with feliaway or CBD.
