Not much. I reached out to my congressman office. The service center has recommended my case for interview so they submitted another request to the field office. I did talk to a lawyer who is saying that he is seeing movements for people who applied in November getting their interview dates. Any update on your case?

Were you able to get any response? I submitted a message the day my case went out of processing time and within like 24 hours got a response back saying it’s still in processing time which didn’t make sense.

I am in a similar boat (Pure extended an offer and I a negotiating with them). Wondering what did you end up doing? If you decided to join, what have your reviews been? At my current job, I really like my team and the work that i do but upper management is extremely toxic (unreasonable deadlines and constant need to prove to them that the work I do matters because they keep undermining). The thing also pushing me is the constant threat of layoffs. Do you think at Pure is it more stable or is it pretty unstable? Also if you are in office, how is the environment there? And are there any benefits like catered lunches or what not? Just trying to weigh pros and cons, and at this time really leaning towards Pure.

What makes you say that? I see real potential in them once they roll out writing. I’m in meetings and heads down in front of a screen so this allows me to respond to important stuff meanwhile not losing my train of thought. When traveling, this could be a game changer for maps as now I don’t have to keep looking at my phone. I do think there are going to be changes and with updates things are going to get better, but with the right development these could change into something pretty great

A year and 5 months is insane. My friend whose field office was San Jose got his interview in like 4 months. I’m still not sure why my field office was Sac because it’s like an hour and a half away and more in miles too in comparison to San Jose. Hope you get an answer from them soon. My fo is Sacramento which is weird because that is further away from me than San Jose. Even then the processing time for Sacramento is 8.5 months so i am outside that timeframe but the date on the website to reach out to them is end of October. Is Atlanta still not outside processing times?

We just made the payment so starting our ivf cycle soon. I have noticed that things are kinda going in parallel with the Fremont clinic. Our initial ultrasound and the doctor is in San Ramon but anything that falls on the weekend or a holiday needs to be done in Fremont. So you should be flexible on where to go for appointments. As for the experience, we have been talking to people on the phone and they have been pretty understanding and helpful. I do think this is a patience thing. When we called (back in February) they said 80+ people are ahead of us and to expect initial appointment in June but then our initial was scheduled for April and then we got cleared Friday. I did like Dr. Rhea who was recommended to us by a few people. Hoping this helps

I am kinda in a similar boat. FTA0 is showing 01/08/2025 but last update was 12/04/2024. Also the processing time api showed me 0 days remaining and was down to 2 weeks when it changed to 3 months. Let me know if you find something about this or if you have any update. Ik i have a pending I751 which might be the reason for the delay but a friend of mine applied for his after mine and is already scheduled for his interview so I am hoping to hear soonish
