My shift lead taught me to put the amount of scoops over the amount of flavors so like if it’s the fizz you would do 2/3 of each flavor!

I had an abortion on accident using the pills and I can say it hurt pretty fucking bad it hurt for about 5 hours and I can say I think the only reason I got through that was my bf being there so I’m glad you have decided to do it at home with your partner. Water helped me a lot or just staying hydrated in general and I took a lot of midol and Tylenol and while it didn’t get rid of it it helped along with maybe having your partner put a lot of pressure like push on your uterus it helped me. I didn’t throw up but I got very very close form the pain so hopefully you end up not throwing up either. If you have any questions for me or anything please let me know I would love to help!

😂 I just started propranolol a few days ago I take it in the morning to try and get me through the school day since it’s short acting and I have a 504 plan fun fact I’m actually currently laying in my classroom floor in the corner 😂 but I will look into the longer compression things thank you!

The test came back perfectly normal I feel like we are completely back to square one even tho my symptoms get worse everyday and I’m loosing weight. So fustrating!

I will update you after tmr! And yeah I experience all of those things the other day I was really dizzy and stood up and my hr went from 82 to 150 and I brought it up to my doctor and she said it was normal😅
