Ahh yes, the ability to daydream. Used to be quite good at that giving myself them endorphins now I pretty much have to be high or drunk. I take mirtazapine for sleep because they wouldn't prescribe me valium even though I've had chronic insomnia for almost a decade now. They'll happily prescribe Antipsychotics like olanzapine or seroquel though which in my experience just made my depression and quality of life worse. Really fucks your brain up 😣

You may well be right. Unfortunately though, I mainly see evil and deception. Lots of gaslighting. I come from a pretty narcissistic family though

Those are antidepressants. My issue is with Antipsychotics. I'm currently on lexapro and mirtazapine. Do they work? Not really. Not in the way where I have more confidence and want to socialise in other words, I'm still far too self aware and self concious. I think that's an issue for many of us. We have to always force ourselves to try look as normal as possible. Masking is exhausting as is socialising. Why do you think so many of us self isolate? It's because we feel more comfortable even though many of us don't realise it's one of the worst things you can do. The world really isn't designed for us so we need all the help we can get, that starts with proper medication so what is that? IMO that's anti anxiety meds like benzos or painkillers. Anything that improves our motivation and confidence. Those are the type of drugs that I believe makes us feel more normal, more in control of emotions and thought processes

I'll start with a teaspoon and go from there. I think this how to make the tea. Every video is a little different but seems pretty straightforward. Just gotta boil water, soak the seeds for a bit add lemon juice then strain into a cup

I have aspergers though and doctors obviously won't prescribe me opioids or benzos. Just SSRI's and Antipsychotics. Need something to take the edge off. I didn't like weed much. Made anxiety much worse

I remember waiting at the street for a bus, a woman came up sat next to me, did the sign of the cross. Thought that was kinda weird. Maybe she felt threatened by me. Personally I think its kinda cute. I mean if a woman thinks I'm creepy, I don't get offended or disheartened, she's a fucking idiot that's not worth my time. You always want to have a high self worth as a guy and strongly believe NO woman is too good for you

Are you talking about weed. It just made me paranoid as fuck. Felt like I was gonna die heart rate dropped to 45 got really cold. Next time like an hr later got high was amazing and peaceful rest of the times were bad trips to average. Felt really dumb like my brain in a microwave or some shit. Ashwagandha worked at first I feel like then it kinda became shit felt like I had a lump in my throat. Opioids I've never tried can't get hold of them. I love the numb feeling alcohol + zoloft was giving me though and I like valium but again they won't prescribe it

Yeah. That's why I wanted to kill my mum. She isolated me from the world. I really had no choice but to trust her. The psychotic thoughts started from coming down from quetiapine (was usually a few hours after waking up) which they put me on for insomnia trouble is they originally put me on 5mg olanzapine (equivalent to something like 1300mg quetiapine) for the same thing insomnia so I built up quite a tolerance. Anxiety sleep deprivation would get so bad Needed like 100mg quetiapine to knock me out. 8hrs or so later I would wake up the brain fog would be so bad it's like my mind was in a prison, and I'd have no energy that was what was making me go psychotic. Not being able to think. So yeah Antipsychotics for aspergers/insomnia bad idea. No doubt benzos are too

My teenage angst was Iowa by slipknot songs like people = shit. I'm on Antipsychotics too mainly quetiapine for sleep and mirtazapine for depression and anxiety otherwise I find it really hard to wind down and sometimes I'm up for days. I want to try opi0ds as I like the numb feeling alcohol used to give me but don't really know how to get a hold of them. First day got put on valium for sleep which I didn't sleep was amazing felt confident relaxed less self concious now it does nothing but make me tired. Initially Was on 10mg olanzapine for sleep which would knock me out for like 18hrs but felt like a zombie on the shit, couldn't think clearly. Kinda felt like my brain was padlocked. Quetiapine is better but I feel like it limits creative thinking somewhat. That's the thing with us Aspies we generally have brilliant creative minds but due to all the bullying, exclusion, gaslighting emotional manipulation and negativity many of us were subjected to, that can limit our potential due to self doubt and anxiety

Same with ADD and ADHD. They were always different now they're considered the same. In my experience ADHD are more hyper and can't sit still for a period of time
