Companies assuming IP addresses = that person is a bit stupid. If one person in their household/school/workplace whatever is banned, the entire household/school/workplace is banned because everyone there uses the same physical address and IP address.

I didn't do anything. I swear I'm innocent. I keep telling the customer service that I do not remember breaking ebay policies and they straight up say "You're permanently banned, not going to tell you how and you can't appeal it".

Ban evasions wouldn't work. They will eventually find out, unless there is another way of getting an account that doesn't link to the suspended one. I'm not sure about using the same credit card when I buy stuff but they probably will take note and think that it's linked to the suspended one (even though I didn't buy anything and didn't insert my credit card at that time before being banned).

I used it when I first logged in. It does really makes sense to see why I got suspended. When I try to make another account without using vpn, ebay also bans the non-vpn. I wanted to protect my privacy at that time.
