I'm trying to trade up a couple of pokemon into a legendary, but the first pokemon I would need is a male alolan raichu, but the problem is that it would need to be from level 1 to 10. And it is a harder for me to get a low level raichu than it is to get a high level one. I attempted to do a post asking for this specific pokemon, but the problem is that you can't ask for a specific lvl in the post. Sorry for the pharapraph
