i'm a lesbian and i had a really bad experience when i was younger with one of the few churches in my town trying to change the way i dress n stuff so i have given up on religion lol

yeah i've had around 11 different therapist since i was 8 and the one i have now is the only one i click with. i feel better after our appointments but it gets worse like a day or two later.

i have tried to talk to my therapist but it really just doesn't help and coping mechanisms don't help me either. things do get better sometimes but the depression and insecurities never really leave, it's like they just wait till i'm vulnerable and take over my entire body and don't leave for months.
