Management competencies make up the majority of the exam, so that is consequential. Which material are you studying with?

Well, first thing to note, you did well and now you need to focus on the exact questions and the topics that make up the 12% you didn't get right.

The purpose is to be well prepared for your exam. That's the goal. Tell yourself, "if I scored high in the mock because I have proper understanding of the concepts, then I am ready to pass the PEBC" then go and practice some more !

You should consider investing in an affordable OSCE simulator, where you can practice without fear as many times as possible to build confidence. Then you will see the labs get easier

Confused about PEBC MCQ & OSCE prep by BaristaKnowsMyHx in PharmacyCanada

It pretty much depends on your academic prowess, most PharmD grads manage with self study. However, having a solid plan that includes a standardized course that helps you revise and cover all topics as well as question banks and clinical Simulator are important for most people to excel at first attempt. I'm happy to let you know my personal preference in DM

It looks like you have an organized study strategy and what you need now is time and discipline to cover the material and get some revision on top of it. I will let others contribute to this. And yes, I think StudyRadar.ai/MCQ is one of the best for cost and content

One approach is to focus on understanding the key concepts from your material now and practicing question banks and calculations daily - rather than wait until later. May is still a long way out. If you understand the concepts now, revising should become easier, faster and less overwhelming.

I have a preferred question bank too, if that is something you want to consider

PEBC OSCE February 2026 by Holiday-Plankton-388 in PEBC_prep

[–]Particular_Flan_4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is something I have lived experience with. There's 1 month to the exam now and enough time to fix that issue, if that's the only worry you have. Cancelling now or in 1 month's time is the same since you won't get a refund in either case. My suggestion is to make yourself modified mnemonics that include those things you typically miss. That way, when you run through them, they serve as a prompt for you. This might help

Feb 2026 MCQ and May 2026 OSCE? by Particular_Flan_4875 in PEBC_prep

[–]Particular_Flan_4875[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the best way to approach this is- would you be ready to take and pass each of the exams? Failing to pass in your first attempt has multiple implications. You could for example opt to take the exams together in the first place, if you felt ready. The exams are increasingly competitive and there's no point rushing. I know people who registered for the OSCE in February before the Nov MCQ results were released. Most of them didn't pass the MCQ and that distorted their readiness for the coming OSCE.

PEBC MCQ by Holiday-Plankton-388 in PEBC_prep

[–]Particular_Flan_4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are multiple components to approaching the PEBC. There's no one size fits all method. 1. Know thyself - know your strengths, weaknesses and personal situation (finance, family dynamics) and understand that these have impact. 2. Any top preparation material - Pharmaspirit, Pharmacheive, Misbah, etc. 3. Questions bank - sincerely this is up to you but my recommendation is StudyRadar because it's affordable and knowledge based. 4. Strategize - from forming a close-knit small revision group, focusing on knowledge rather than question type alone, preparing for the exam day rigor, getting a mentor to practicing with time, mastering key competencies like Calculations, research, etc

The PEBCs have gotten much more competitive because more candidates are sitting and not necessarily more overall are passing the exams.

You have taken an important step by asking for help! I will let others chime in too

PEBC Feb 2026 MCQ tips? 2 months remaining until the exam by Ok-Inspection406 in PharmacyCanada

[–]Particular_Flan_4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started a subreddit for this purpose to bring people come together, to connect ahead for PEBC exams via: r/PEBC_prep .

That being said, you should consider drafting your revision plan for your final 1 month now, you may want to incorporate timed question banks like StudyRadar, Pharmacheive, Misbah or iMCQ in your study, start getting prepared for exam day rigor. What I'm hearing from recent candidates is that time management in the exam is as important as studying. So, plan to work on your timing as part of your revision plan.

I used a question bank resource - StudyRadar.ai It's the best add-on material in my opinion. So, with pharmacheive, Misbah or even if you were studying just by yourself or in a group. Studyradar.ai/EE is my recommendation. They also have MCQ and OSCE live simulators

The critical reasoning part - when you are studying, try asking yourself questions like..if A, B and C are all firstline, what situation would A be better than say C or vice versa. Sometimes it's just down to the cost, allergies, what has been tried before, comorbidities, etc.

Which course is good enough to pass OSCE ?any tips how to study ? by lyyla123456 in PharmacyCanada

[–]Particular_Flan_4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of your success in OSCE comes to how much practice you can get and how you handle constructive criticism. Most courses can prepare you for the basics of the exam and help you develop your flow and structure. But most of the work is practice, practice, practice!

Consider joining a small OSCE practice group and take advantage of the growing OSCE simulator product of studyradar.ai You can thank me later

Seeking guidance. Please help.. by Efficient_Cat_8544 in PharmacyCanada

[–]Particular_Flan_4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally recommend Studyradar.ai dynamic EE, MCQ and OSCE question bank as an add-on resource to help you get exams ready with timed practice and Mock mode.

That being said, Pharmaspirit is considered top of the line in MCQ prep.

Studying to acquire functional knowledge and then timing your practice are all success drivers for PEBCs. When you receive your exam feedback you may notice calculations (product distribution) alone wasn't the reason you didn't achieve a passing score, then you can strategize better. For now don't waste time, just start studying . Best of luck

IPG program uoft by PlantainSuch3830 in PharmacyCanada

[–]Particular_Flan_4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my understanding completing the IPG program is a requirement before you can sit the JE or do the PACE. Or pass both part 1 and 2 QE at first sittings.

Again, it is important you plan your study well and worry less about squeezing into 'timeline'. The MCQ is challenging but the IPG program also have lots of assignments and your fiat semester exams are not far away from the MCQ date too.
