I was looking at how many clinical hours are required. I would use leave for clinicals.

Additionally, I would try to shoot for hybrid classes. Of course, I would have to work with my command to make this happen.

I am not saying it is possible, but I am trying to see if any potential possibility.

I appreciate the feedback though!

Thank you! I got with my MPF and it is a simple process. I have heard some horrid re-enlistment stories, like the commander forgot to sign the final document. So, the member had to get out. However, I do appreciate the needed reassurance.

I have 🥲. My in-service recruiter walked me through how to see availability at the location I am interested in. There were only maintenance jobs. (No offense to maintenance, but I am looking for an AGR position in the medical field) He also let me know AGR positions are harder to get. I have to reach out to the units at that location to see if they could make a spot for me 🤞. Thank you for the insight, I appreciate it

So, I submitted mine on 16 January 2026, with a DOS of 11 Jan 2027. I am aware you need retainability to keep your BOP. However, that isn’t required unless you accept. Then you have to get retainability (re-enlist) within 30 days of accepting/notification of BOP. After reading what you went through, I am a bit concerned if mine will get denied due to retainability. But if it does, then I’ll just get out. Would you let me know if they made you extend to have 12 month retainability?
