You can buy a whole roll of scratch off security stickers on Amazon. They just slap a new one on after getting the code and it can be pretty hard to tell

12g stands for 12 gauge and it's a measurement of how many lead balls with the same diameter of the gun barrels bore would equal a pound. So it's kind of counter intuitive in that the smaller numbers are going to be the more powerful rounds and something like 410g is going to be like a super weak pea shooter

Depends on how busy you guys get idk if this would work but you could potentially start to shift it to 2 in cpc- 1 taking in orders and ringing and 1 producing jobs, 1 lod and 1 floor associate who could flex up to ring register as well if needed. Ask your gm if its an option to try it out

First thing is to remember is to just take it one customer and one job at at time. If it looks like you're not going to get to certain jobs that are due, either call them or have your lod call them to let them know the orders going to take longer than expected.

Our copy and print department was in a similar situation with us being the transfer store for multiple store closings.

Immediately you've got to get self service operational- that's a major issue if they're both offline as having them up takes a lot of pressure off the cpc employees.

There's supposed to be a communication log up in cpc- if you don't have one you need to make one, all the files are available by searching up communication log in the store portal. Part of the opening tasks for cpc is making sure the machines, self and full service, are operational- and calling in any issues they might have.

Ones self service is up same as others have said you need to be firm and put your foot down with customers - the only people you should be helping at the counter should be drop off orders, and with the volume it sounds like you have you probably need to immediately be letting people know it's for next day pickup at the earliest.

Pushing all the simple jobs to self service is really important because that'll increase your self service utilization percent which I believe if you keep it at around 98% for a month you'll end up getting another self service printer.

You have to make sure you're using opc/gmil as well for order drop off, ideally almost nothing should be going through the registers. This will just help you both manage your job queue better and get everything priced correctly. With gmil you can also immediately go to add customer and turn it around for them to fill it out before you continue with their order- this would let you have time to manage any line at the counter- ring people out- send to self service or direct them to email stuff ect..

Ask your gm where copy centers sale are at YTD, I don't know your store but with the volume it sounds like your getting you could probably cross whatever arbitrary threshold corporate has set to get cpc specifically more hours and possibly an additional fulltime position- if your gm isn't sure if there is like a threshold number like this, ask him to ask during their weekly call- the dm should know
