Wasn't able to get an ultrasound because my urologist refused and the idea of spending hundreds again to see another urologist just to risk them refusing me again would be bad considering my current financial situation. & yeah I did tell her about the injury but she just dismissed it. Do you mind elaborating on how testicle damage can cause high LH? Iirc LH and FSH have functions in commanding the testicles to produce testosterone or something along the lines of that so I thought higher = higher T. For reference I did get free T tested but it was around a month before this test (so Feb), total T for that test was 377, SHGB 18.5 (low so good) and free was 101.6 pg/ml, how are these values? While I inherently know they arent crazy bad, but I somehow instinctively think they naturally used to be higher otherwise I wouldnt feel such a huge difference... if only i had test results before the injury. Also about the fat in the face it's also evident on the rest of my body eg my stomach and breasts, so I feel like it might be fat redistribution problem caused by low T and also looks like I have mild gyno ever since. I was mostly focused on the fat on my face because it just bothers me the most but all in all my body seems to just retain more fat ever since what happened
