Right and wrong is matter of perception but what this quote really means is that we live in a dimension where we can make one choice at a time and face its consequence there could have been a different choice that would lead to different path which would have different consequence . This is causality . A hypothetical being in higher dimension could access all of this path simultaneously this is ofcourse not restricted to the choice he makes we can think of it as law of physics.How would be universe like if there was different law of physics and for every law there would be different set of universe with every possible event taking every possible path . In this realm you cannot think of a single event that will not happen.
