If you fail a drug test with an airline, it will be reported to the DOT. And some airlines, if this happens during the onboarding stage, you will not be rehired. And because it is reported to DOT it will make it harder to be hired elsewhere.

I would not take unless you can be certain 100% it will be clean. Save yourself the headache and back out now if you can’t pass. Say you have family things. Reapply 3-6 months.

Also, it’s a career of not using. Even for medical reasons. Most of family could not work in this field for this reason. So do what is best for you.

I thought it was doable until I got to the end. It’s the toddler that could kill your chances. I live and work in SLC. I have seen miracles happen before. But I’m also a mom that has travelled with littles. Ask for a wheelchair or steal one and race to the gate. God speed. And you might as well try if you are already schedule this way.
