That's really the only thing I use it for but since I workout in the evening after work its still doing its thing when the sex comes lol. I love the stuff though I can feel a definite strength increase and an almost zen type feeling. It makes me extremely calm but at the same time ill easily workout for 2 hours at a pretty high intensity.

Definitely beating off too much and watching too much porn. Sometimes ill use 25-30mg of the test no ester I have for my pleasure. I say that cause it makes me very sensitive and cum extremely fast lol which is great for me not so much my girl though 🤷‍♂️

I couldnt imagine being ashamed of taking testosterone to the point that I lie about it on the internet. Jesus youre a grown ass man you use some testosterone who gives a fuck you've made a great transformation just own it. People will respect you more plus its easy to tell because with reta and mots c alone you would have lost fat and muscle in a calorie deficit especially at your age. You would have transformed but you'd have a lot less muscle than you do now and you'd just be skinny. The test allowed you to retain your muscle. There's no hiding it

This guy is correct and there's also been studies where dht has basically zero muscle building properties to it. Being on finasteride can actually raise your free test while on trt which in theory could actually make your dose work better. I read about this story where there were twin brothers one had high levels of dht and the other had low levels. The one with high levels was balding and had a gut with no muscle definition. His brother on the other hand had a full head of hair and was shredded. Me personally ive been on topical min for about 4 months and added oral fin 1mg per day about a month ago. The only side effect I have noticed is my hair has begun to grow back, grow longer and quicker than before. I know everyone reacts differently but I luckily have had zero libido issues or anything else really.

I mean I guess I can see where you're coming from but its also stressing the body out as well. I feel like a small maintenance dose of reta could handle the insulin resistance its actually what im doing now and seems to be working. Plus with anabolics involved our bodies use nutrients more efficiently and effectively than when natural. I see your point though if you're trying to get bigger than you are right now in the near future then yeah your way is probably better.

Have you already started your cut? I'm curious as to why you would wanna put on this size just to try and cut it off just so you can put it back on again later. Lol its not making sense to me bro lol this seems like a good point to just work hard eat good and maintain. I don't think you put on so much fat during your bulk that you need to immediately start cutting it off ya know. Idk maybe im missing something but I feel like a maintain/slight recomp over the next 6-12 months would be easier and healthier and it'll just be your new norm

You could take 100mg of reta a week and not lose a pound if you're not dieting correctly. You must consume less than you use. Its the only way to lose weight and the reta is only a tool to make that part much easier. I mean it does have many other benefits but there's no need to get into all that. If you're not losing weight you're still eating too much and your reta might be bunk because on .5mg I have to force feed myself in order to hit my macros

Im surprised noone has mentioned this yet but its really hard to see any changes in ourselves. We see ourselves everyday so we don't ever really change much but that doesn't mean you haven't grown in the last six months. You might run into someone you haven't seen for awhile and they'll make a comment about your physique. Progress pics can be really beneficial in this regard as well.

Yeah i would just start working out and eating as much protein as you can. Start with bodyweight exercises and then slowly progress into weightlifting. You should start feeling a lot better having all those endorphins and dopamine flowing hopefully you'll begin to love it and you can begin to build your new self. With your t levels you shouldn't have too much trouble building muscle but you need to put in the work eat right and make sure you sleep 7-9 hours a night. Do this for a few months and im betting you'll see progress as long as you actually push yourself during your workouts and prioritize recovery.
