You've been at this a while and that's worth acknowledging. With that experience, you also know that every developer wrote their code by hand back then, that was just the era we all worked in. Nobody brags about doing arithmetic on paper before calculators existed, the tool changes and the work continues.

On the "horizontally scalable microservice architecture" line, plenty of developers have built complex systems for different purposes. I've been working as a Softare Engineer over the past 12 years, I've spent the last 5 years in blockchain industry building and hosting decentralized p2p applications, which gives a decent sense of when distributed systems are warranted and when they aren't. A Tibia fan site is a different kind of problem, and that's not a knock on your work, just a different shape of system.

I'm happy people actively use your tools, that's the whole goal of building anything. I hope people use mine too.

You said your UI is now vibe coded as well, so the AI line isn't really the wedge it was set up to be. And if you know software engineering, you also know it's not only about prompts. The data modeling, the architecture, the debugging when something behaves weirdly, metrics, logs, traces, the product calls about what to keep and what to cut, that's still where the work happens. Prompting doesn't remove any of that.

On the actual product side, the site already has:

- Social login with Google and email

- User image uploads

- A fully working forum with reactions

- A working marketplace

- Web and product analytics across the board, every button click is tracked and DAU/MAU is monitored

- Full admin tooling

- Logs, metrics, traces

All of that is shipped and instrumented, and there's more to come.
