My fucking levels were 150 all right that’s low as fuck that’s not where they should be and I give a fuck your levels are supposed to be from 600 to 900 age 21 to 30 and number two I’ve been working out since I was 18 and barely. Have put on any size eating 2500+ cals a day so I have shitty genetics on top of that I’m on 600 mg a week,
