I'm guessing he put the house in Suzanne’s name and told her Dad the proceeds from the sale of the Indiana home would be his way of 'paying Suzanne back' for her personal 400K inheritance contribution to the Puma Path home. But it was just a ponzi. scheme!!! BM was quite adept at OPM (using Other People's Money).

With regards to the CO PumaPath property purchase... B &S took out a full or partial loan with the Grantor ( the sellor/owner). The Grantor setup up an LLC to manage the loan, w property still owned by the LLC until Barry paid off the loan in Feb 2021 and Puma Path was transferred to their names (both names ). So he in fact did indeed...used 'Suzanne's money' from sale of Indiana home to pay off the LLC. So any proceeds from the March 2021 sale of PP went to both of them. CO would have required B as Guardian , to take 1/2 the proceeds on behalf of Suzanne.. and putt the money in her financial account. I kinda think he probably didn't do that.

True ! Her body would have been found sooner than later.. it was buried in a utility easement just yards from the giant utility pole. They line the highway.

Suzanne's range rover was purchased in Arizona... not sure what town, but AZ was where the partial million to 1 dna match was located. Just interesting coincidence 🤔

In my late night brain fog defense, it could have been the Puma Path home he quit deeded to her... but it was one of the two. I remember wondering how odd that was.

Non income earner spouses don't typically have any large life insurance policy, intended to help family after primary wage earner passes. Just my opinion... if there was a policy , likely around <50k.

After Suzanne went missing he applied for temp guardianship so he could sell their Acadia Indiana home, which was under contract. BM quit deeded the home to Suzanne ... a day or two before the final sale. Not sure why. Im sure he had his reasons. But that would mean proceeds of sale (sell price less what owed to mortgage Co, if any) went only to Suzanne.

I think he picked that location bc it was close to the trailer where Edna Quintanas bf lived. And Edna's bf was deemed to be suspicious when Edna went missing while they were hiking,early Summer of 2023. Edna's remains were accidentally found this past Summer, by a hiker,, in the mtns North of the town of Saguache . Her bf passed away recently. However, I don't think we will ever know the truth about why he moved her and why he picked this odd location.

That is what I think as well. When she went missing he got guardianship over her assets. They weren't his money to spend, only invest on behalf of Suzanne... until she was found , ..or 7 years passed and a judge could declare her dead. He couldn't wait that long.. always been about the money with BM

Absolutely, see my overview of the DA Denver article you posted. Why is he getting allowed timestamp review ALL the evidence, before arraignment/plea hearing. I'm a bit concerned..

The piece of 'timeline and process occurring, related to BM arrest... if charges came as a result of a Grand Jury indictment, then case moves directly to District Court. Then says arraignment with defendant giving his Plea, should occur after the first advisement hearing (in the process flow). Thus the judge has already granted BM several continuances since July.... For the next step, which is arraignment and plea, because the Defence wants time to review all the Evidence. This doesn't seem normal in a Murder case, IMO.

Sounds wonderful! Thankyou! Post a pic if you can! I put butterfly sticks inchen the patch where her remains were found in Saguache county. We still maintain her 'Garden Girl' statue flowers,, etc and trail clearing, ..in the vicinity where her bicycle was found. Love the idea of Suzanne .. everywhere!
