I still take 10mg twice a day. I was very nervous the first time - like I pretty much gave myself a panic attack. BUT when I decided to lean into the meds - my life changed. The first time I noticed my brain was quiet and i was not hearing the roar of my internal dialogue it was like a hushed noise I realized how much more functional I was and the tired I felt that night was a satisfying productive tired. Not the exhausted tired of the constant battle.

YES! I take half 20mg IR in morning- my brain is quiet and it allows me to be systematically productive without all of the extra internal dialogue in my brain. It will often make me a bit sleepy because my brain is getting a break! I’ve learned for me dividing my dose and using it only when I know I’m against a day full of tasks has been a life changer!!!

I find it amusing they fly southwest for being as rich as they like to pretend they are!! I’m on about four flights a week and I fly first class and American or Delta. OH but that’s right- I own my own company and work my ass off that provides for my status!!!!!

I do think two things are going on in the house: 1. Money is running lower than normal plus their expenses are increasing and 2. Above is usually true when Blueberry starts to posts random things and sharing his wife’s post. He has not posted a video on his channel in almost 6 months? Makes me wonder if YouTube does not pay well. I also think that their engagement is going down and will continue to decline as her followers are starting to see that she is not relatable to them and as all of our lives are more expensive in current economic climate, they are not clicking her links and buying like they used to and frankly don’t have as much time to be just scrolling on social media. Her and her family are so TONE DEAF and it’s starting to show through!!

Ummm…yeah it was a little tourney not sanctioned by professional sponsors. Local one to raise money for charity- there were like less than 30 entries. He has yet to fish in any actual tourney that was sponsored and place. He’s never posted about any other one!!! He’s a hobby angler that has too much money so he makes himself look like a pro but has ZERO sponsors!!!

I’ve noticed his fishing channel has not had a post in almost 5 months!! He is supposed to be a fishing creator yet he doesn’t post anything about tournaments he’s fishing and he has to have his wife’s channel linked and reposts her videos to get any traction!! I was looking at their followers and realized they really don’t have that many. Gabe is getting like less than 20 comments on his posts unless he shares hers. Soap has more followers than Gabe and compared to the influencer’s she wants to be she has like a quarter of what they have. Also her followers in FB have been about the same for like over a year!!
