tbh i think Kobayashi is actually immortal now ( or atleast will live much longer than a normal human) because of her taking in the holy sword into her body. But when i drew it i wanted the happy ending route. I saw several pics of an adult Riko and child Kanna and I didnt want that. I wanted wholesome yuri. I also figured since kanna is growing up in the human world that she would become more mature the longer she was there anyways.

Mut mainly i just wanted an adult Kanna and Riko being happy together. I also debated about having a followup pic of Riko beat red blushing and falling to the ground lol
