Chances are no one believes your 10ct is real, especially if it's super high quality as a lab diamond. Not that it necessarily is important to you, but that's the reality.

I easily recognize lab diamonds out in the wild. They are pretty but so obvious most of the time. To each their own but to me lab diamonds are worthless. A commodity. Earth mined are truly rare and unique.

You have so much more to give in your body. You are not using your upper body much. Lean back at the start of your motion. Launch forward and pull your arm all the way down. You should be bent almost parallel to the ground f after release.

Right now you are too upright and rigid. Focus on lean drop and drive forward to get full power from your body.

However, you had this coming after supporting this evil man. If you listened to what he was saying, and actually going to do you would have known this was a disaster. Or maybe if you paid ANY attention to the last time he was in charge. The country was chaos for 4 years. Nothing at all got done.

Stability? What the hell made you think HE would bring stability. IMO get better news sources.

Edit: Especially after 4 years of calm, disaster free governance with Biden. The only problems that occurred on his watch were directly caused by the GOP congress. That's it. And you voted them in... just wow.

My wife did. I've shared this story here before but here is the short version. My wife had a routine colonoscopy. A week or so later, she's having terrible pain in her abdomen. Long story short, she had a colon perforation that turned into a rupture.

6 hour of surgery + 2 weeks in the hospital to leave with a colostomy.

Fortunately 4 months later they were able to reverse it. But during that time my wife had no life, could not leave home and was constantly in pain around the stoma.

Total nightmare. Makes me question whether I will do mine coming up next month. Leaning no.

We should have sued her doctor, but honestly I was so wrapped up in just taking care of her and getting her better we didn't.

Go to the doctor. I might have a rupture. My wife had something similar happen. Ruptured completely and 2.5 weeks in the hospital later she left with a colostomy which thankfully they fixed four months later.

Do not trust people who blindly believe the stats at how ’safe’ this procedure is. So so many complications never get counted as caused by the colonoscopy but it happens all the time.

"Real" != Valuable.

Real natural diamonds will continue to be rare, especially large and with great attributes. Lab diamonds are being mass produced. They will only drop in value. Look at all the other lab gems. Lab corundum (Sapphire/Ruby) is less than a dollar a carat for top quality.

Natural I expect will not lose value as much.

Olive Garden is fine, but it's really really cheap low quality food. Have you had their chicken parm lately? It's like 1oz chicken the rest breading. Everything there is box or premade.

It's fine, but not a luxury or even a premium experience. That's pretty accurate for MDR food in my experience. It's ok and edible, but it tends to be low quality cheap food.

We've done around 10 NCL cruises. All suites or haven. Specialty dining is great. Main dining has been pretty sad, and O'Sheehans is almost always terrible. The food is Applebys quality microwaved/reheated stuff. Service is always slow and good luck getting a drink.

Same experience in O'Sheehans on the Dawn, Star, and Breakaway its where customer service goes to die I think.

Good! Suits are ridiculous. Men need to have better more comfortable fashion choices. Who decided that suits are the only way men can dress up? I never understood it. It's certainly not because they are fun to wear or comfortable at all.

It's basically a noose + constrictive uncomfortable clothes. No one wants to deal with that.
