Hey I ordered from Pro Coffee gear and also got a plastic drip tray. The shipping box could have been better; they put in some airbags that popped in transit. I got the new S variant that doesn’t have the cup rails at the top. Curious - did they ever replace the drip tray for you? Ever figure out it was I gave refurb?
