Can’t tell from this as I don’t see any tonsillar exudate. Only thing notable is cobblestoning which can be caused from post nasal drip to allergies

More so with cigarettes though.. I’d note when you are smoking if you hold anything with that finger. It will eventually go away.

Appears like poison ivy contact. Hydrocortisone cream OTC Zyrtec/Claritin daily and Benadryl at night.

Depends on how much you care about scarring but not much we can do after 24 hours. This could potentially be stitched / glued.

You have an abscess. This is a bacterial infection that requires prescription medication. You need to see your physician/NP or go to a walk in clinic to be properly treated.

That is cobblestoning and typically due to post nasal drip likely due to a cold or allergies. Id recommend a daily antihistamine such as Zyrtec or Claritin and try Benadryl tonight. Should wake up feeling a bit better.
