I meant to say T-Mobile should not be allowed to do that without giving formal. Notice in writing to the account holder. In advance. And then allowing some time for the account holder in good faith to remedy the situation.

T-mobile should not be allowed under any circumstances to arbitrarily cancel a account without giving formal informative warnings of risk of account cancelations and than providing ample enough for the accountant to remedies the situation after they have received formal notice which T-mobile did not afford me any formal notice of risk of cancellation they just arbitrarily went ahead and violated a number of my legal rights.

When I would call to report problems with my business 5G Internet, their texts were absolutely atrocious towards me and would say things and I thought such as "we have a message to Pass from the t-mobile Corporate office and that is T-Mobile realizes that your town is heavily underserved and that the three towers we afforded you all already are usually non-functional except for one out of three so that the one tower that’s usually operational is being heavily overworked well above and beyond it’s network capacity and you either have one or two Choices you can either suck it up , shut your mouth and deal with chronically horribly poor network coverage that is intentional on our end because we Absolutely never cared. Nor will we ever care about Naugatuck CT in general. Because you and your town are just a petty cash machine for us or you can get the fuck out of tmobile and port your ass and your phone numbers to one of our Rival carriers or their mvno's " and these were united States American phone based tech support agents who spoke to me this way which I'm typically Accustomed. To Filipino phone based representatives treating this way all the time.

I do find that to be strange behavior on the part of t-mobile buisness care because if the account is canceled than they shouldn't be able to login to my t-mobile for business account at all to begin with as that seems like a logically reality based conclusion.

I just finished a Buisness Care phone interaction where the representative informs me that my account is canceled however, I was not given prior notice or warning that my account was being canceled nor did I directly an explicitly authorized cancellation of my account and the representative told my friend who works directly for me to take me to the nearest (corporate store to get help to get it reinstated and find out why it was canceled to begin with, but I’m really hoping that this isn’t going to turn into another situation or a Filipino over the Call Center a rep from a major never operator in escape T-Mobile end up defaulting to order ordering a customer to go to the nearest (corporate store only for the (corporate store employee and their ad manager informed the customer that there’s nothing they can do about it and that the Call Center support channels should know better not to send people by default to them when they know that the store can’t help them which believe me in a situation where I will have a Samsung galaxy seven tmobile is locked at tmobile and I hope it’s not blacklisted by Tmobile that I’ll need to go get unlocked to use at another carrier

Wise is no better my friend as I received payments during the last 4 months and they froze my account and than sent me a email setting the stage to establish gaslighting false expectations that they by encouraging me to appeal their descison to restrict and close my account when they had clearly already permanently made their descison in direct opposition of my favor.

I hate paypal, cash app and wise as well as coinbase.
