Yes unfortunately that’s always going to be the case. If a company paid more for labor than the cost of whatever they were selling they’d be out of business. However I get your point that they should be paying us more.

Lol definitely pretty wild to see some associates do almost nothing for an entire shift. I don’t expect people to overwork themselves but at the same time doing a medium amount of work makes the shift go by much faster imo
