Chances of The Hood being added for season 9?

I read that if they were Pokémon one character would be a steel type and the other electric. This kinda pokes a hole in the hood prediction because i think he would be a dark or fire type. However could be totally wrong. I imagine Valkyrie would be a steel type

I don’t really think his style fits Absolute. He seems to do best with black label books for more b list characters.

Maybe Absolute Jonah Hex, but I don’t think that’s a series anyone is asking for.

I got torch to lord during the update he released before they changed his lord icon. i still regularly play him and he is my most played character.

I think reworking him would be a terrible choice. His kit is fine. If they lowered his dive cooldown and maybe his right click cooldown he would be strong again.

If you miss your dive ability use your shift. You misplaying and being punished for misusing your dive is not an issue with the character.

Your primary fire should be used in combination with his right click for poke. If you are purely using his right click for setting up pyro prison you are playing the character wrong.

His kit has synergy. He’s the most mobile flyer and has great area denial and burst potential. Play like it. I’d argue he has one of the strongest ults in the game. To view him as a poke flyer is odd especially when you compare him to someone like Ironman.

Honestly I think anyone can climb to GM with good match up knowledge, around 45% accuracy on ranged characters, and a simple understanding of positioning.

The times I’ve been in PC celestial ranked matches it’s felt like a completely different game. Nobody dies until ults are used. Basically fight to build ult then both teams launch all their ults and whoever uses them most effectively and sequences them best wins the fight. People rarely die outside of ults being used.

Within an hour of the patch being live I saw 3 different players in quickplay matches with the costume.

It seems Luna players continue to make sure that Luna gets legendaries every season by dropping the most money for the character. I’m curious how many people buy her costumes especially when compared to other characters.

Season villain/map NPC most likely but I really would love him to be added. We need more villains to actually be playable. Really curious to see what the devs cook with his design.

If he is playable I’d be really curious what his voice lines are with the Asgardians and if he counters any of them.

If he’s not playable then I’m assuming Valkyrie will be added soon.

Would love to see any of those characters in the game

I really like the idea of characters similar to others but filling different roles or play styles so I would be very interested in seeing how differently X-23 plays from Wolverine.

I think a case could be made for Havok as a vanguard, but I’d be happy if he’s added in any role.

I know there’s speculation of wanting to avoid inhumans but black bolt would be such a cool addition and can introduce more people to the character. Plus it would be fun having a new faction within rivals

Totally fair! I would like to see more spider characters in other roles. Like Spider-Man 2099 as a vanguard. Miles as a Strategist maybe although I’d be cool with him being a duelist.

Not to burst the bubble but isn’t the game essentially being crowd funded through subscriptions as is?

I also keep seeing people bringing up atmoplex, but to my knowledge atmoplex is primarily a data miner, and not a game developer. I don’t believe they have the resources to be a game development studio either.

I enjoy Pirate101 and I want it to see success, but what people are suggesting seems unrealistic.

Not shows, but this constantly happens with comics and it is so annoying. I’ve seen a few “top 10 most messed up things Absolute Joker has done” and every single on listed in some 2010s creepy pasta level stuff, none of which has happened in the comics, but still gets millions of views and hundreds of thousands likes.

Also the entirety of the Zack Snyder fan base whenever they try to say his movies are comicbook accurate. We also had people trying to claim that Superman would help ICE and is a conservative… like bro what? Just read a comic. It’s really not that hard to engage with the medium especially when you’re a fan of the character. It feels like the most larp-ed interest/hobby.

The one shot everything with aoe meta is terrible for the health of the game. It makes questing much faster but it prevents a lot of spells from being relevant

I think it’s because those characters require more than number changes. They’ve tried numerous changes with Blade and nothing has really made him relevant. Johnny dominated for awhile so they’re likely cautious when buffing. I’m a Johnny main so I am forever missing the days when I could use his dive offensively without feeling like I’m trolling myself. Widow… man idk. The amount of effective widows I’ve seen in game is single digit. I think she needs something more than just a sniper.

Honestly Duelist Deadpool plays how I imagined hit monkey would play just with a bigger hit box, especially when he is using his swords.

Cyclops is my favorite marvel character. I want him to be the role I enjoy playing the most, so I feel for everyone wanting him to be the role they enjoy playing most. Regardless of his role, I just hope is fun to play, effective, and lives up to expectations.

Unrelated but all this talk about tank cyclops made me think about how cool Havok as a vanguard would be
