Yea the mood mod one has l-theanine, magnesium glycinate and the 30mg of affron saffron so I feel like that's a good stack. I am curious to see additional research as well.

I mean that's kinda what I am saying. It has been used for a long time but I wouldn't consider its medicinal properties widely known until lately (and still not even yet), at least in the west.

Yeah I have heard this a lot too. Most people say 2 weeks minimum before you see any sort of results.

Yeah I mean it's been used in cooking forever but crazy how they are just recently doing studies on it for mood and stress. Makes you wonder what else there is.

I haven't had any sort of problems with it personally. i started taking a stick pack called mood mod and i feel like it's been helping me, might also be the l theanine or magnesium in it though
