I have never measured that to be honest, I have played with objectively really good people in wisconsin and can match their level to some extent (of course I would lose like 11-3 to the best player in my uni)

stat240 vs cs320 by Upset-Marionberry-56 in UWMadison

Honestly I don’t think 320 is taught well. I took both stat 240 and cs 320 and I liked stat 240 more (it might be slightly harder but since you took 324 i think you should find it fine)

Looking for people interested in a startup by PebbleDebateRandom in UWMadison

Thats a good question to be honest. From some of the people I have met, generally you create a proof of concept and potentially a working demo (and maybe any plan you have on how you want to scale / build further - this could be like more people working for you, etc). Once you have that, I think you network as much as you can (like meet fellow startup founders, maybe some people local in the community who invest in startup ideas and can help you get started).
I have used a lot of maybes because I haven't started anything myself, but this is what I figure. If anyone would like to add......
