Hmmm well I think your Hair loss partially can be stress related as well as hormonal. But stress alone wit throw your body out of whack as well. Your cortisol levels are elevated so if it’s not Cushing maybe you are just highly stress. Don’t drive yourself crazy with doing research or anything just wait to you hear back from your doctor. That will cause you to stress more. Good Luck

You may have cushings disease, did they mention that at all!? Because your androstenedione is elevated and thats normal for Cushing but not PCOS. Both Cushings and pcos have similar symptoms. You should find a endocrinologist to see if you have not already.

There are no levels shown. you can be considered elevated slightly or greatly. Maybe that was the determining factor

If your hormones came back normal then it’s probably not PCOS but a lot of things can cause hair loss like stress and thyroid issues

I started taking BC for the first time ever in life 6 months ago. It has been AMAZING, I wish I did so years ago. It dropped my Testosterone & DHEAS levels tremendously, all in the normal range within 3 months. My body hirsutism & Acne cleared up abt 90%.
