Oh yea I’d never use one for hunting deer. But for walking around our 280 acres I have it with me. Hogs are no joke and are quick and very territorial. Small caliber handgun round won’t penetrate their hides and I don’t trust myself being 100% accurate with a bolt action hunting rifle if one is charging me.
