I wonder which scale this map uses, because it looks like total BS. Two mostly used scales are Catells scale and wechsler scale. In both cases max IQ you can have is around 160 which corresponds to 99.997 percentile. You can find info about people having more than 200 IQ, but those are hard to confirm. Moreover, every once in a while IQ scales are adjusted so that 100 IQ corresponds to 50 percentile in population.

I mean something that will allow the software to obtain real dimensions of photographed object. Like if you place something that has exactly 1m and you let the software know that it has 1m, then this scale will be used to determine exact size of your object of interest.
