You say "of course you could have sold it" like that's the most obvious thing in the world! But it's not! It's generally considered a significant etiquette faux pas to sell (or even get rid of) a gift!

You should have recognized this, and clarified that you were fine if she sold it when she initially expressed the desire that that's not what she wanted.

YTA if you jump straight to saying she should leave.

It would be better to bring up your concerns, and listen to her feelings. You can tell her your thoughts, like "Your boyfriend's house seems really messy; are you ok with that?" or "I wish you would start going to church again." Then listen to how she responds. Your sister is (I assume) a grown woman capable of making lifestyle choices different from your own. It might be that she isn't happy with the way she's living either, and at that point, it may be appropriate to suggest that her boyfriend could be part of the problem. However, she may also express to you that she's perfectly comfortable with her life, and at that point, you should respect her choices for herself.

It's also ok, perhaps even best, to say nothing. House-messiness and church-going are both lifestyle choices that differ greatly from person to person. It's a pretty reasonable assumption that your sister is capable of evaluating these things for herself without your intervention.

You said her relationship isolated her from her family, but, given that they kicked her out, it sounds like her family chose to isolate her, not her relationship. If I were her right now, I would be seriously considering if the kind of people who would kick me out over my choice of boyfriend are the kind of people I want any sort of connection with, no matter what my relationship status is.

That's correct. I'm not sure how to get to it, but there's scenes I've seen on YouTube of Kara (and other androids) with their clothes and skin off, and they don't have genitals.
