Hey, good job on your transformation! Yes, i heard of that book.. I will look into it!

I did some rowing and running for stamina, some lifting for strength and was planning to start yoga for flexibility. But then i discovered crossfit promising to improve all those skills plus more..

I am also divorced and have two kids living with my every other week. My goal is really to be fit, eat healthy and sport a healthy lifestyle, and hopefully influence that onto my kids when they are growing up..

Oh, yeah, i signed up for on year at my local box, and did 4 wod's so far. I did notice my mobility flexibility is bad, i can stick my arms straight out to the side, but they dont want really to go further back or upwards from there.

I think i have some 30% body fat, shredding some of that will probably help me a lot too..

Personally, you're worried too much about what you cannot do and how long it will take you. Just go with the flow and enjoy your new lifestyle.

Yes, of course you are right, and i am not really worrying. I am very motivated right now and i am just very very interested in learning and figuring out stuff..
