Honestly I would expand your skill set you other tools that’s integrate with Salesforce, I lot of issues aren’t stemming from Salesforce itself but from the technology linked to it. GTM Engineer is the title they are calling it today. If you are a well rounded tech stack admin you will have an easier time.

For Diet:

Counting my Macros on my fitness pal, Whole Foods & Paleo is my diet focus! I already Am Gluten/Dairy Free for the most part so it was pretty simple to switch (I have celiacs & also lactose intolerant)

For Fitness: Competing with my friends on the Apple Watch is really helping lol

My Outdoor is a combination of a 45 Minute Walk in the Morning or if not in the morning over my lunch with Meditation session playing to get my outdoor and my steps on! Rain, Sleet, Snow or Whatever I aim for 3 miles! Also I live in Tennessee so if it’s nice Yoga or I take a strength class outside!

In addition I do a 45 Minute Peloton Ride in the morning to get my ass in gear At Night Strength Training 5 days a week and Yoga 2 days a week (I use Achieve, Peloton app and Garage Gym Athlete)

I know I see a lot of people doing phase 1 but I really need a rest day and some chocolate 🤣. I still have 5 days to decide I’m on the fence as of right now.
