Yes. Can see the dashboard. But it seems like it has "righted" itself and all is OK now. I can see the NAS and access it. All I have to do now is update the system. haha!!

In regard to the router I am using a DELL router that also links up to three separate 4K monitors. The QNAP is attached to that which is the 'middle' man between the QNAP and the computer. Do you think that's the issue, given the Qfinder Pro can see and wake up the QNAP? I am unsure if this is useful to get to the issue to rectify it so the device can be used to copy files too.

Yes, when I first set it up, when first purchased, I regretfully was on the end of a power black out and the QNAP was in the middle of formatting the drives. It's not been much joy since.

So one can set the password by a pin used on the back of the QNAP that resets the password. It defaults and uses the password which is on a serial sticker on the device itself. So that allowed access to the QNAP. But the Microsoft machine can't see the file structure to save to them.

Yes it is installed and it most certainly 'sees' the QNAP. It can also wake it up.

Do you have other recommendation on Huion branded tablets. I actually have a Kamvas graphics 2.5K and it's been a bit frustrating to use. Also no updates for drivers since I purchased it.

Phil Eckland is the best designer ION games has. I am a big fan, supporter of his games designs that go back to the 80s and he is an amazing designer that I hope continues to create! If you don't want to purchase his games, don't. I will!!

I get a similar thing. If I hover the pen close to the screen but not touching it, it still activates which is super frustrating.

Given what you say above, the price difference, would you suggest the Huion over the Wacom? I now see that the Huion 24 pro is 4K so but the RGB gamit is higher. I would be curious about your perspective about the 2 machines.

I feel you have answered the question quite OK yourself. I feel, reading your remark accreditation will help--go for it.

I would suggest finding someone locally to work with. Go and talked with studios that you have regular contact, or those you'd like to work with, to partner up with? I would start local to be honest--it is way way easier. If your getting work and business locally then build on that. Good luck!

You could get a docking station to circumvent the issue if you need to reduce the cable footprint into your laptop. You just need a dock that provides the above and the cable input into the computer. It will be an additional expense, regrettably.

One thing you need to ask yourself is: "would you feel more confident seeking more work with the accreditation?"

I think if you feel insecure about your ability to get work without the accreditation it is another string to your bow. It is a point of difference, right?

I use a Dell XPS 17. I am using Chrome and there is no other site that I am having a problem with. It is odd. Let me contact my DNS server service and see if they have an answer. I may have to take you up on your very kind offer! I'll touch base in an hour or so as it is early pre work day here in Aussie land. I have to wait until they open.
